By purchasing a consultation or package from Keogh Contracting Consultant, you agree to this refund policy.
At Keogh Contracting Consultant, we strive to provide honest, helpful, and experience-based mechanical advice. Because our services are advisory and time-based, we maintain the following refund policy:
1. Consultation Fees Are Generally Non-Refundable
Once a phone, video, or written consultation has been delivered, the service is considered complete and non-refundable due to the time, knowledge, and support provided.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

You cancel a paid booking with at least 24 hours’ notice

A confirmed booking is missed by our team and not rescheduled

There is a duplicate payment
Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind after service has started

Dissatisfaction due to incorrect self-diagnosis or missing information provided by the customer

Advice that does not result in a fix due to circumstances outside our control
3. Late Cancellations or No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund

If you miss a scheduled call without notice, no refund will be given
4. Rescheduling

We are happy to reschedule your appointment , free of charge, if you contact us at least 12 hours before your booking time.
