Cancellation Policy

📅 1. Booking Timeframes Standard Turnaround: 1 business day from the time all required information and payment are received. Express Service: Same-day delivery is available for most requests received before 10:00 AM (QLD time). Express fee applies (+$20). Larger Requests (multiple SWMS/JSAs or bundled documents) may require 2–3 business days unless otherwise agreed. 📋 2. What We Need to Start Your Booking To begin work on your documents, we require: Completed Booking Form (including all job/task details) High-resolution company logo (PNG or JPEG) Confirmation of delivery deadline Full payment (unless on a pre-approved account) Incomplete bookings will not be scheduled until all required details are received. 💰 3. Payments Payment must be made upfront unless you hold an approved monthly account. We accept credit card, Stripe, or direct deposit (details available upon request). Work will not be delivered until payment is confirmed. 🔄 4. Changes & Revisions One round of minor changes is included with each booking (e.g., typo fixes or rewording a section). Major revisions due to incorrect or incomplete client information may incur an additional fee. Please review all provided documents thoroughly before use. ❌ 5. Cancellations & Refunds Bookings may be cancelled before work begins with no penalty. Once document preparation has commenced, no refunds will be provided due to the customised nature of the service. Subscription services (monthly plans) may be cancelled with 14 days’ written notice. 📂 6. Document Use & Responsibility All SWMS, JSAs, and safety forms are prepared based on client-supplied information. Clients are responsible for reviewing and signing documents before use. KCC does not provide legal advice or site certification. Final compliance is the responsibility of the client.
